Centre manager Cindy Taylor runs Tadpoles on a day to day basis, managing all aspects of the centre, the staff, the centre programme.
Cindy comes from a strong teaching and management background and enjoyed the position of Deputy Principal of a large Auckland Intermediate school, and Centre Director of a large ECE centre, before joining the Tadpoles team.
Cindy was an integral part in the building & set up of the centre, providing a strong influence in the creative process of the learning spaces and interactive areas for the children to play in, both inside and with the many play areas found outside.

Krystal is the Assistant Manager of the centre and supports Cindy in her role, but her main focus is directing all aspects of teaching and learning.
Krystal teaches on the floor on average of 3 days per week and overseas policy review, Internal Evaluation and Appraisals.
Krystal started as a teacher in the infants room in 2017, moving into a Team Leader role the following year before being promoted to Assistant Manager in 2022. She knows all the ins and outs of running a centre and works diligently to support the team to do their very best.
Providing a safe, happy home away from home for children is important to Krystal and she is dedicated to ensuring all whānau feel welcome and are valued members of our community.
