Teresa runs the administration side of the centre while Bee managing directs both Tadpoles and another centre in Mangere Bridge, Spotted Frog.
Bee says: "This modern centre is well resourced and staffed. We have sourced high quality resources to enhance the learning experiences of your child. Their day will involve structure, freedom and time to explore and direct their own learning interests.
I believe that every child is special and unique and as an educator it is our job to find these talents and develop them. I want every child to feel special and successful and leave Tadpoles prepared for the next step in their learning journey."

I have been working in the Early Childhood sector for over ten years, in a colourful and diverse range of settings - Bilingual, Total Immersion, Refugee Education, and Mainstream.
Early childhood teaching in New Zealand is constantly evolving, and I love the learning that comes with being a part of it all.
I am a Mum of two beautiful and very energetic preschool age boys. We love the semi-rural lifestyle with the farm, the mountain, the beach, and all else that Māngere Bridge has to offer. It really is a beautiful place to call home, and a privilege to be part of such a vibrant community.
For me, early childhood education is my passion and not just a job. I believe that as teachers, our philosophies come from all kinds of learning and experiences, and I therefore strive to grab the opportunity to be part of any kind of ECE learning experience I can.
We have an excellent team, delivering high quality care to all of our attending children.
